Terms & Conditions

• Driver Age: Minimum 13 years old for solo riding (with parental consent).
• Passenger Age: Ages 6–12 must ride tandem with a parent or family member. Children under 6 are welcome but are not covered by insurance (signed consent required, ride at own risk). Rafting age requirements apply.
• Health & Safety: Not suitable for pregnant women or individuals with serious medical conditions (e.g., heart or back problems). Participants must report any recent injuries and must not consume alcohol before riding or rafting. All participants must strictly follow the guide’s instructions at all times.
• Weather Policy: The adventure operates rain or shine. Rain adds more mud, water flow, and fun to the track and river!
